Brelish Bear Boards Border-Bound Boxcart

This past week a very odd occurrence happened on the House Orien Lightning Rail. Mon afternoon in Wroat, the passengers aboard the afternoon express to Starilaskur were shaken as what seemed to be a bear approached the lightning rail. Some of those aboard reported that the bear did catch up with the train. Other guests reported that the lightning rail shuddered from the caboose shortly after the bear disappeared from view. It seems the creature had come from The Bear’s Wood and approached at full speed in order to catch up with the moving lighting rail. One eagle-eyed passenger noticed a satchel hanging off the bear as it was running.

When House Orien Guards inspected the Caboose of the train, a single passenger stood in the Caboose Car, Baron Ursanus of Breland; a renowned fighter and member of the community in Wroat. Some sources say Baron Ursanus is planning on purchasing a home in Sharn, though we haven’t been able to confirm as of yet. The Baron said there was a terrible noise, and as an adventurer he thought he should check out what the fuss was. One of the Orien Guards on the scene did note the Baron’s clothes were disheveled as if he were recently in a scuffle.

We asked a member of House Vadalis if they had known anything about this odd situation. Their representative stated that there were no Magebred Bears so far as they knew that were loose, nor did they think that a bear would willingly run towards a Lightning Rail
