The character known as Meeps He is a Gnome with a Side-ways Mark of Scribing on his Cheek and Jaw. He is wearing a Waistcoat with a puffy-sleeves shirt beneath (think Rocco style men's ware), with a bronze chain leading to a pocket in the waistcoat. He has sandy blonde hair and vibrant green eyes. He is holding out a slice of chocolate cake with pink strawberry frosting and a chocolate strawberry on top.
